Our Process




01.


Initial Inquiry and Consultation


  • This is the stage where you reach out to us expressing your interest in our services


  • We will then schedule a consultation to discuss your wedding details, photography needs, and vision. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call.

Package Selection and Proposal


  • During the consultation we will review the available wedding photography packages. The photographer will explain what each package includes and help you choose the best option for your needs and budget.


  • If none of the standard packages fit your needs, I can create a custom package tailored to your specific requirements.


  • You will then receive a detailed proposal outlining the services, package details, and total cost.



03.


Contract and Deposit


  • Once you’re satisfied with the proposal, I will provide a digital contract. Read through it carefully, ensuring all details are correct and both parties’ expectations are clearly outlined.


  • You will then digitally sign the contract at which point I will be informed. (Don't worry, any changes have to be approved by us both for them to take effect)


  • Pay the required deposit to secure your wedding date. This is 50% of the total cost and is non-refundable.



04.


Pre-Wedding Planning and Final Payment


  • We will schedule a meeting closer to the wedding date to finalize details, create a timeline, and discuss any specific shots or moments you want to be captured.


  • Make the final payment by the agreed-upon date, 1 month before the wedding.


  • We will confirm all details, including my arrival time, location, addresses, and any special instructions or requests.
